How do I receive my purchase?
All products are digital downloads.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to your files via download link & a confirmation email with access details.
Are your sounds royalty free?
Yes.
All sounds, presets, and racks sold by Actualized Audio are 100% royalty-free and may be used in personal and commercial projects with no additional fees.
What versions of Ableton are your racks compatible with?
Our racks are newly designed for Ableton Live 12. Unfortunately, they are not backwards compatible for Ableton 11 or previous versions.
What version of Serum are your presets compatible with?
Our Presets have been designed for Serum 2 Version 2.2.04 and above.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are instant-access digital downloads, all sales are final.
